I can’t say enough positive things about Genna Anderson. For someone we’d never met before she quickly became almost like family. (I did ask if her parents would let me adopt her.) Coming from out of the area, finding someone with such an incredible work ethic was shocking. But even though she was very professional, she was also warm and comforting throughout the transaction. Genna went out of the way for us, helping solve difficult problems (like how can we make a final inspection work, what can we do with our second car as we move up from Tucson), etc. I truly hope we are able to stay in touch with her for she is a very special agent.
