There are over 30 equestrian areas in this western oriented area of Arizona as well as hundreds of individual horse properties not necessarily located in a defined equestrian community. AMERICAN RANCH: Perhaps the most unique and most desirable of all the equestrian areas. It is a private, gated community just 15 minutes from the Courthouse Square of Prescott. It has a beautifully finished community Ranch House, swimming pool, tennis court, camping ground, catch-and-release fishing ponds and a fantastic Equestrian Center with 60 stalls, turnouts, hot walker, covered arena, open arena and access to miles and miles of trails on Granite Mountain. All the roads are paved and there are private water and sewer systems to each of the lots. There usually are both equestrian and non-equestrian home sites and stunning homes available on the 1 to 3 acre lots.
BLACKJACK RIDGE: Located in the very equestrian-friendly Williamson Valley area of Prescott, these home sites range in size from 4 acres to 10 acres. Many of the sites have views of Granite Mountain, Juniper and Pinon trees and panoramic views. A very nice area for the horse lover who wants to be with others of a like mind. Lots and homes are usually available.
CROSSROADS RANCH: Crossroads Ranch is located approximately 20 miles north of the Prescott city limits, along Williamson Valley Road. The rolling hills are covered with pinon and juniper vegetation, where antelope, javelina and bobcats still roam free. Available are lots and homes on properties ranging from 4 acres to 100 acres. Truly a place for the individual looking for a some space but not complete isolation. Many of the roads are paved.
LAS VEGAS RANCH: Situated in one of Arizona's finest gentleman rancher communities with all paved roads, gated entrance & underground utilities, the Las Vegas Ranch offer sites from 10 to 40+ acres in a terrific water area for both household and irrigation purposes. It is simply one of the very best of the equestrian areas that, like the Crossroads Ranch community, is for the person who doesn’t want to be right next to his or her neighbor but is within shouting distance!
MORGAN RANCH: Generally a lesser priced area of homes and home sites ranging from 4 to around 40+ acres on occasion. Located in the Williamson Valley area of Prescott, there are sometimes Bank Owned and Short Sale opportunities in this community.
