Harry Chandler

Harry has lived in the Prescott area since February 2003.  Having relocated from California, he believes he has found the perfect place to live.  He enjoys the outdoor life style with his wife of 46 years, participating in hiking, golf, kayaking, bike riding and tennis.  Harry also enjoys traveling (especially to the northwest where his one and only granddaughter lives in Portland, Oregon).

As far as real estate is concerned, Harry’s favorite part of the industry (after 8 years) is working with both buyers and sellers to make their transitions as smooth as possible.  He just loves it when his clients say, “I can’t believe how smooth everything went!”

Prior to real estate, Harry worked in the San Francisco bay area as a general contractor for 35 years where he and his wife raised their two daughters.

Harry likes to tell his friends and family from California that he has found “Mayberry” of the southwest.  The locals refer to Prescott as “everybody’s home town” with good cause.  You can’t go into a restaurant more than twice without the owner calling you by name.   

Given his knowledge and understanding of the Prescott area, Harry would be the perfect fit to help those looking for the right community to suit their current lifestyles. And, with over 43 years experience in construction and real estate, Harry brings the business background needed to implement marketing programs necessary for our clients wishing to sell their homes.
