Dennis Davis

Dennis first entered real estate in 1971 after graduating with honors from Cal Poly University in San Luis Obispo which he attended after serving three years in the US Army. He has had a wide range of experience throughout his real estate career; everything from residential to commercial to exchanging to being president of Coldwell Banker Residential in the Phoenix/Tucson area. He was a salesman and then the General Sales Manager of M3 Properties, first at Victorian Estates and then at Prescott Lakes in Prescott, Arizona, from 1997 through much of 2008 until M3 gave up the real estate resale business after substantially selling out of Prescott Lakes. Dennis has been associated with Realty Executives since that time where he and his partner, Harry Chandler, have listed and sold properties throughout the greater Prescott area while still specializing in Prescott Lakes. Dennis is consistently in the top 15% of all producers in the Prescott Area Association of Realtors. He and his beautiful wife, Nancy, have 4 children between them and five almost perfect grandchildren and have been in Prescott since 1995.
